Athletics are an integral part of the Unity experience, beginning competitively in grade 6 with the goal of encouraging every student to participate. Each year, about 40% of our students take part in athletics. At Unity, success is measured not only by wins, but by the growth, teamwork, and resilience that students develop through sports

Intermediate, Junior Varsity, Varsity
- Intermediate teams emphasize balanced participation and building strong fundamentals.
- Junior varsity teams focus on skill development and preparing athletes for varsity play.
- Varsity teams focus more on competition and success while always grounded in sportsmanship, integrity, and respect.
