MS Co-Ed Cross Country

MS Cross Country Coach

This is coach Nana’s First year coaching cross country at Unity Prep and third year coaching. He has worked as an assistant coach for two years at Cardinal Hayes cross country and track team. Nana has been running since he was 14 years old. He grew up as a dual athlete playing both soccer and track in high school winning many awards in the process. He was also a part of the NYRR for some time and later went on to run track at the University of Geneseo for a year. He is very passionate about running and oftentimes will run with his athletes to help motivate them to do better. He enjoys helping athletes get the best out of themselves and believes that a person’s toughest opponent is themselves. He emphasis the importance of know that process is a long journey but the end is well worth it.
